PS99 values, explained

How are PS99 values worked out?

Two ways. When an item has sold on SafeSwap at least three times in the last month, its value is the middle price people actually paid. Otherwise it's the game's own value (RAP — the average price in recent in-game trades, in gems) turned into money at what gems sell for on SafeSwap — right now 1B gems sells for about £1.00, so an item with a RAP of 2B is worth about £2.00.

What is RAP?

RAP is "recent average price": what an item has gone for in recent trades inside Pet Simulator 99, in gems. It comes from the game itself (BIG Games), every day.

Why does an item have a different value in golden, rainbow or shiny?

They are rarer versions of the same pet, so each has its own RAP and its own price. Every item page lists all of them.

Can I buy or sell these items here?

Yes. Every item page shows what is for sale right now. The money you pay is held by SafeSwap until the item arrives in your game, and you can list your own for free.
