SafeSwap is a UK marketplace where Roblox players buy and sell in-game pets and items for real money. Every order is protected: the money a buyer pays is held by SafeSwap, not the seller, until the item arrives.
The seller has 3 days to send the item in Roblox to the buyer's username. If they don't, the buyer is refunded in full automatically. Once it arrives the buyer confirms and the seller is paid — or the seller is paid 48 hours after marking it sent, if the buyer says nothing. Everything about an order stays in its SafeSwap chat, so there is a record if anything goes wrong.
Paying from a SafeSwap balance has no fees. Paying by card, PayPal or crypto adds one service fee of 20p + 1.5%. Listing an item is free.
